UK Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri).

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or during the weekend, will be dispatched the following Monday and arrive on Tuesday.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that during busy periods (like public holidays), delays may occur due to the courier service.

If you're outside the UK, US or Spain, you may need to pay customs or import charges once your package arrives in your country. These are not covered by UKLASH and must be paid by you.

If a package is returned due to an invalid address or failed delivery:
