Really tasty like a little sweet treat.
I've started to see some regrowth around the hair line .

I was experiencing a lot of shedding which was very unsettling. I use the lash serum which is amazing, so i thought i would try the vitamins after reading lots of positive reviews.
I have been taking them for a while and the amount of shedding has dramatically reduced. Really pleased i tried them .

To start with they taste lovely. Not sure if I have more hair but it definitely is so much thicker therefore I carry on with the subscription.

I didn’t want to leave a review until I had given these a good chance. I’ve been taking them for 5.5 months now so I reckon that’s long enough to say…they actually work! I had lost a great deal of the thickness and volume of my hair due to post partum hair loss and perimenopause. It is devastating to lose your hair and when it’s falling out in handfuls you’ll try anything. I’d thoroughly recommend these based on results, price (so often daily supplements are a quid a day), taste, ease of taking (chewy sweets as opposed to big capsules getting stuck in your throat) and ease of subscription.
I haven’t really got any before photos because I was so fed up with how thin and lifeless my hair was but taking these has made me start to love it again.
